About Author Amber Thoma

It all started with a love for reading

Growing up in Northern Virginia, Amber has always been an avid reader. From Boxcar Children to Goosebumps to Epic Fantasies, she’s always had her nose in a book. In 2021, she moved from the ever busy DMV area to a small town in Southwest Virginia to be closer to her family out of a desire to be a constant presence in her nieces and nephews lives.

It was this move that gave her the opportunity to take the time to write a book. She started her debut novel, Prince of Darkness, in the fall of 2022 and completed her first draft mid-November 2022. She plans to continue writing many series under the Realms of Lore.
